Production Lead Time:
Our rugs are made to order, ensuring the highest quality. With a standard production lead time of 45-60+ days, we understand that making the best rugs takes time. However, you can always contact us for updates and to inquire about expediting the production process. Our goal is to respond to you as quickly as possible.
Note to Buyers:
All our rugs are made by hand. While we strive to complete your order promptly, factors like worker health, weather, or raw material availability may occasionally cause delays of 10-60 days beyond the given time frame.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once we start making your carpet, you can no longer cancel the order. If you wish to change the design, size, or color after this point, additional charges may apply. We cannot cancel orders due to personal preference once the carpet is made.
Review Policy:
If you give us a bad review due to lack of information or for any other reason after receiving your carpet, we will not cancel your order or refund your money unless you remove your review.
Replacement Policy:
1.Please make a video when open of the parcel when it arrives.
If the carpet does not arrive in perfect condition, inform us within 3 to 5 days of delivery. This time frame is important as after 7 days, the delivery company not responsibe. If you do not inform us within 3 to 5 days, we cannot accept responsibility.
If you inform us within the specified time frame and follow rule number 1, we can accept your request for a replacement otherwise no.
